Franklin County Courthouse, 1887-1974.
When completed, this French Second Empire Style courthouse
cost $470,000.  The architect, George Maetzel, also designed
Shelby, Allen, and Madison county courthouses.


About Court Administration:

Court Administration provides general supervision of all administrative functions including but not limited to preparation and management of the court budget, information technology, human resources, inventory management, training and staff development, implementation of Court policy decisions and performing duties as assigned by the Administrative Judge.

The purpose of the Office of the Court Executive Director is to provide executive support and management for the Judges of the Court and its employees including , but not limited to, management of the Executive Management Team, and project management and planning. The Office of the Court Executive Director also serves as the Court's liaison to the Bar and the Community as well as to other Courts and County agencies.
