| Franklin County offers a highly competitive benefits package to all full-time employees of the Court. Benefits are effective thirty (30) days after an employee's hire date, and include fully paid Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, and Mental Health/Counseling insurance. (Deductibles and co-pays vary with each insurance company.) All Court employees also contribute to the Public Employees Retirement System. Other benefits provided to Court employees include paid holidays, sick leave, personal leave, two weeks vacation after one year of service, tuition reimbursement, and many other benefits. |
