The Human Resources Department provides Human Resource and Payroll support to the 350 employees of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, General Division. In addition, this office assists employees' families, other State and County agencies, and the general public with requests for information on employment opportunities, benefits, and many other matters.

The court is currently conducting a Compensation Study.  This involves only current employees but requires the completion of this document.  We have made available this document for employees to download.  The survey document must be submitted via the Portal, directly to HR or your Supervisor.
